Michael Berkowitz has been a leading real estate broker in the sale of investment properties specializing in shopping centers and office buildings.  Michael's expertise lies in the area of investment analysis, development, construction, and management.  He recently sold last year over $ 40,000,000 in transactions.  Additionaly, he has become one of the top Investment brokers in the area and has been tapped to sale properties by a client base from a national level.  He has been instrumental in bringing the Kim Martin Company, Inc. as a recognized force in the market place. His presence has been a major force in the investment market and he has been the top producer for Kim martin Company Inc.

Additionally, he serves as President of Property Managers, LLC, which is the property management affiliate of Kim Martin Company, Inc. Michael has been responsible for increasing the management portfolio of properties threefold in the last two years.  Property Managers, LLC under his direction has expanded their services to other states as well as mall management services.

Michael Berkowitz is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting.   He has held senior management positions for several commercial real estate ventures.  He has sold many major notable Ft. Worth buildings in the downtown central business district such as the Texas Building, 300,000 SF office building; the Color Tile Building, a 96,000 SF office building; Winfield Building, a 30,000 SF office building, and 100 Main St. (40,000). He has also sold over $ 60,000,000 worth of Investment and commercial properties.

He was responsible for securing the major tract of property located in the historical Fort Worth Stock Yards and served as President of Fort Worth Stockyards, Inc.   He was named in the second year as one of the “Top 40 under 40” and Real Estate Dealmakers by the Business Press. Additionally, he was named four years in a row to a list of “Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate”.  Through his twenty (20) years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Berkowitz is able to identify and analyze investment opportunities for his clients.

Michael just recently served as Board Chairman of the YMCA Branch and on the executive board. He also has served as 3^rd Vice President of Ahavath Shalom Synagogue and has served on the executive board. Michael was formerly on the Board of Directors of the Harris Health Foundation, Swimming Committee of Colonial Country Club, and the Tulane University Alumni Admissions Committee.  He is also a member of Colonial Country Club, City Club, Jewel Charity Ball, and many non profit organizations.
